DESCRIPTION:Andy Kipp\, the Director of the Astoria Housing Alliance\, in 
 coastal Oregon near Cannon Beach\, joins us to share the history of the 
 Astoria Housing Alliance and share recent successes\, learnings and 
 challenges in his community. He’ll be joined by Blaine County Housing 
 Authority’s Director Carissa Connelly\, who will provide local context 
 for Andy’s work and discuss how housing helps build community. Following 
 the presentations\, Andy and Carissa will have a conversation on talking 
 about housing and why housing matters before opening up to questions from
