Ernest Hemingway Seminar: "Islands in the Stream" In-Person

This year's seminar will focus around Hemingway's posthumously-published novel, Islands in the Stream, and on Hemingway's time in and connection with the Gulf Stream. 

Speakers will include Mark P. Ott, author of A Sea of Change: Ernest Hemingway and the Gulf Stream, a Contextual BiographyKaren Osborn, Research Zoologist at the Smithsonian's National Museum of Natural History, Paul Hendrickson, author of Hemingway's Boat: Everything He Loved In Life, and Lost, and Boise State University presenters Stacey Guill and Clyde Moneyhun.

The seminar opens Thursday, September 8, at 5:00 p.m. with a reception and our opening keynote, then runs all day Friday and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Tickets to attend in person are $80.
