Their conversation will be moderated by the Library's director, Jenny Emery Davidson.

A book signing with Noorani and Iconoclast Books will follow.

Based on interviews around the world, Crossing Borders: The Reconciliation of a Nation of Immigrants investigates the politics and policies of immigration. More than an exposé of the forces for bad, Crossing Borders shares strategies designed to stem the tides of fear and hate, finding trails that lead to the reconciliation of our nation of immigrants. Dairymen, mayors, school superintendents and police chiefs, partner with compassionate business leaders and faith communities to restore the dignity of immigrants, and the nation itself. The book features a chapter on Idaho's Magic Valley, for which Noorani worked closely with Naerebout and Rwasama.
