Nuclear Innovation at INL

Nuclear Innovation at INL In-Person

Come learn about the latest advanced nuclear energy innovations

The National Reactor Innovation Center (NRIC) is funded by the U.S. Department of Energy and headquartered at Idaho National Laboratory (INL). NRIC is tasked with accelerating the demonstration of advanced nuclear reactors to address today's environmental and energy security challenges. In order to work with and learn from the public surrounding INL, NRIC will be hosting a series of presentations and meetups at community hubs and organizations to share projects being planned for the coming years. NRIC is looking forward to hosting the first of these events at 6pm, Tuesday, April 5th at The Community Library in Ketchum in order to hear about our local interests and concerns.

The event will include panelists representing NRIC, INL, and other organizations within the advanced nuclear energy sector. Brief presentations will be given about each organization's work and followed by a Q&A session facilitated by Library staff. The event will also feature posters and representatives from advanced reactor companies so that audience members can learn more about these technologies and speak directly with the people developing them.

Space is limited, so please register in advance to save your seat. The program will also stream on the Library's Vimeo and be available to watch live or later. Click here to watch live or later on Vimeo.
