Audacious Read: "Moby-Dick" Online
"It's not down on any map. True places never are." This is what Ishmael tells us early in his journey in the novel Moby-Dick by Herman Melville. We invite you to travel to some unexpected and true places as we read this big book over the course of the whole year with a group of fellow readers. Moby-Dick by Herman Melville promises a weird and wonderful journey for 2026.
Join the conversation as we chase the white whale, chapter by chapter. We will meet via Zoom the first Tuesday of each month beginning February 3, from 4:00-5:00 pm. Discussion led by the library's director, Jenny Emery Davidson.
