St. Luke's Wood River Community Forum In-Person

Caring for the Valley: A Community Conversation with St. Luke’s Wood River

For 25 years, St. Luke’s Wood River has been honored to care for the people who call the Valley home—as well as those who visit and work here. As we celebrate this milestone, we invite you to join us for a community forum that looks back on our shared accomplishments and ahead to the opportunities before us. Attendees will learn about the many services available locally and the different ways to access them—ensuring everyone understands the care that’s here for our community. Light refreshments will be served.

From 5:00–5:30 p.m., enjoy time to mingle with neighbors, meet St. Luke’s team members, and explore information tables showcasing some of the programs, services, and community partnerships that help promote wellness for those who live, work, and visit the Valley.

From 5:30 – 7:00 p.m., our presentations with opportunity for Q & A will begin, featuring local and system leaders. We’ll highlight how we’re expanding access to care, advancing population and community health, and collaborating with partners to address the social factors that influence health and wellbeing.

Joy Prudek, Public Relations & Communications Business Partner for St. Luke’s Wood River, will moderate a panel discussion with local and system leaders, including:

•    Sandee Gehrke – Executive Vice President & COO
•    Lucy Dennis – VP Operations, Physician Services/Clinics
•    Megan Stright – Chief Operating Officer, Clinic Administration
•    Almita Nunnelee – Chief Nursing Officer/Chief Operating Officer, St. Luke’s Wood River
•    Megan Tanous – Chief Development Officer, St. Luke’s Wood River Foundation
•    Sarah Seppa – Director of Community Engagement/Community Health

As we look to the future, you’ll learn about the planning underway to ensure St. Luke’s continues to grow to meet the needs of the valley and continue to be a trusted community partner—caring for the Valley with dedication, partnership, and gratitude.

Spanish interpretation will be available. Space is limited for in-person attendance, and livestream is available. To watch online (no registration needed) visit: https://vimeo.com/event/5629772. The recording will be available to watch later on the library's Event Archive.
