DESCRIPTION:If something were to happen to you\, do you have a set of 
 Advance Directives\, a Living Will\, a Last Will and Testament or 
 after-death plans for your body? Do you have the essential documents 
 prepared\, notarized and shared with your support team including loved ones 
 and health care providers? And\, most importantly\, have you shared your 
 end-of-life wishes with those closest to you so they know what to do?  
 \n\nIf the answer to any of these questions is no\, please join Wendy 
 Norman\, Founder of Worry-Free Wednesdays\, as she lays out a few easy 
 steps every adult can take to be prepared for a health care crisis or an 
 unexpected death. Prior to the event\, you can visit Worry-Free Wednesdays 
 to learn more about their education organization. While Worry-Free 
 Wednesdays is a Washington State-based organization\, all content and 
 resources shared during this presentation will be tailored to Idaho 
 residents. Additionally\, many of the resources on their website are not 
 state specific.\n\nSpace is limited\; registration required. A recording is

 free one-on-one End of Life Consulting on Saturday afternoon\, Oct. 4.
